Time Record Validations
Review and validate your daily time records directly from the mobile app.
The Validations section appears in the app menu if your company has enabled time record validation in your time recording policy. It lets you review, confirm, and correct your own clockings.
Depending on your policy configuration, validations may be presented daily, weekly, or monthly.
How validations work
Each validation period shows the clockings recorded during that time. You can review them and either confirm they are correct or make corrections before submitting.
Manager notification on changes
If you modify a clocking during validation, your manager will be automatically notified of the change.
Validating your time records
Open the Validations section
Tap Validations in the app menu. You will see a list of pending validation periods.
Select a day or period
Tap the row for the day or period you want to review. The clockings recorded for that period are displayed.
Review and correct if needed
Tap on any time entry to edit it, or use the Add record option to add a missing clocking for that day.
Confirm
Once everything looks correct, tap Confirm to validate the period. The records are locked and sent to your manager if any changes were made.
