Documents
Access your personal documents and company-shared files from the mobile app.
The Documents section gives you access to files associated with your employee profile, as well as documents shared by your company.
Personal documents
Your personal documents are organised into folders. These are files that belong specifically to your employee record — for example, your contract, payslips, or other HR documents that your administrator has uploaded to your profile.
Shared documents
Depending on your company's setup, you may also see a Shared documents section. These are files uploaded by the company for all employees or specific groups — for example, internal policies, safety instructions, or any reference material relevant to your work.
